The Gorge

Almost every weekend Zach and I go to the farmer's market. Sometimes we drive, sometimes we ride our bikes, but this weekend we decided to walk there. It was a beautiful, perfect day, so we decided to make a whole day of the walk. Plus, to get there we took a new route which led us through this gorge. It was, as most things are here, absolutely beautiful. The best part is that it is only a five minute walk from our house!

hey, yes we do make wine, but it is far less glamorous than you might think, and yes i have to crush a lot of grapes, please come help me if you are interested. a decanter with wines would best be used to oxygenate red wines, some of them sit for a bit and the flavors condense a bit and need to be opened up with some air before you drink them, so if you pour older red wines into a decanter to infuse them with oxygen a bit before you drink them, they are much improved and the flavors are much more intense(really it makes a difference). hope that helps. talk with you soon
