Giardini La Mortella

One of our favourite memories of Spain is watching a flamenco-ballet at the Alhambra, so, when we saw a poster for the Portuguese Youth Orchestra in the Giardina la Mortella, a botanical garden designed to be like the Alhambra, we knew we had to go. In the end, it was not obvious which parts of the garden were Alhambra-inspired; nonetheless, the garden was absolutely beautiful, and we had a wonderful final night in Ischia.
